About the Role:
vSplash is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design/Social Media Design leader who excels in crafting exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will be proficient in translating high-level requirements into seamless and intuitive interaction flows, effectively bridging the gap between conceptual ideas and tangible design implementations.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of graphic designers
Develop and design compelling graphics for logos, brand guidelines, and browser interfaces.
Create engaging social media posts tailored to various platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Design for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all media.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Figma for design projects.
Incorporate AI design tools like Canva to enhance the design process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and techniques.
Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly through both written and verbal means.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, social media posts, or related fields.
Proven experience in designing for print and digital platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and AI design tools such as Canva.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, brand guidelines, and social media graphics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
