Job Summary:
As a Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining SLAs, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality output under stringent deadlines. You will oversee large-scale website production operations, drive SLA adherence, and collaborate with global clients, particularly in the US. You should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/presentations for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 50-100 members to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure error-free and timely execution of projects, meeting SLAs without compromising quality.
- Optimize processes, adopt efficient strategies, and drive continuous improvements.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with global clients, addressing concerns and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly client calls to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- People & Performance Management:
- Motivate, mentor, and engage teams to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires to align with business needs.
- Process Optimization & SLA Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and optimizing workflows.
- Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing 50-100 members in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills and hands on experience on stakeholder management and client interaction
- Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive operational improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, automation, and process tracking. Hands on experience on any project management tool like JIRA.
- Flexible to work in a global environment, handling clients across time zones.
- Experience in handling SLAs & high-volume production environments.
- Ability to conduct team-building activities and maintain a motivated workforce.
