Job Brief:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager / Manager – Recruitment to lead our recruitment function with a strong emphasis on IT hiring. The role involves managing a team of recruiters, driving end-to-end hiring strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT talent acquisition, team leadership, and data-driven hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee interview processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract top-tier talent.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring performance.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and company policies.
Skills:
  • Proven track record in IT and non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets with strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics to drive efficiency and results.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, hiring best practices, and labor law compliance.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting hiring targets.
Requirement:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 9 years in IT recruitment.
    • At least 5 years in a team management role.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
