1. Who are We?
We’re vSplash. We build at scale, we care about quality, and we love people who take ownership. Want to help build 1,500+ websites a month—and do it well?
Join us.
2. What is this job all about?
Your mission: bring to life fully functional, mobile-first WordPress websites by integrating client-provided designs and enhancing them with your own sharp eye for detail. You'll work with tools like Elementor, Divi, and Beaver Builder to craft visually consistent and technically sound websites—sometimes from sliced HTML, sometimes directly from Figma or Photoshop designs.
This isn’t just about coding—it’s about delivering pixel-perfect websites at scale, with quality and efficiency.
3. What will thrive here?
If you:
- Have an eye for design details—font mismatches and pixel shifts bother you,
- Enjoy the rhythm of structured, fast-paced work and love to “get things done,”
- Are the go-to person for solving “Why isn’t this showing up right on mobile?” issues,
- Understand the WordPress ecosystem, and how to customize plugins and themes with precision,
- Take ownership and never wait to be told what’s broken—you fix it,
- Can work independently but stay synced with your team,
- Want to grow fast by doing high-volume, high-impact work,
4. What do we provide for every project?
For each WordPress site, you’ll get:
- A pre-approved Figma or Photoshop design (sometimes sliced HTML),
- Access to licensed page builders like Elementor, Divi, Beaver, WP Bakery, etc.,
- Clear functional requirements (what’s clickable, what scrolls, where forms go),
- A strong tech support system and clear escalation paths,
- Sample references of expected look and feel,
- A team that values speed, accuracy, and quality.
You’ll:
- Integrate HTML/CSS assets or Figma files into the WordPress framework with high fidelity,
- Use page builders to create dynamic, responsive layouts (desktop + mobile),
- Customize themes and plugins to meet client-specific functionality,
- Apply basic visual polish (fonts, colors, image cropping) using Figma or Photoshop,
- Troubleshoot bugs and layout inconsistencies across browsers/devices,
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and client reps on requirements,
- Deliver 5-page websites in 6–8 hours without sacrificing quality,
- Maintain site security and hygiene (updates, backups, best practices),
- Rotate shifts to align with both Indian and U.S. time zones.
You’ll shine here if you can:
- Build with WordPress page builders: Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer, WP Bakery, Beaver Builder,
- Hand-code and tweak with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap,
- Troubleshoot like a detective—quickly zero in on layout bugs and functional glitches,
- Edit and crop visuals using Figma and Photoshop (basic level),
- Maintain plugin/theme health and site security,
- Work fast without compromising pixel-perfect execution,
- Communicate crisply and adapt to shifting client needs,
- Handle multiple projects without getting frazzled.
