Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Sales Associate who can identify prospects, generate leads, consult clients, and close deals for our digital products and services.
This role is focused on SMB customers in the Indian market, selling recurring and project-based digital solutions.
You are expected to identify, pitch, close, and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers (SMBs, local businesses, startups)
- Generate leads via:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn & social platforms
- Local business listings & referrals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Sales & Closing
- Understand client business needs and recommend relevant digital solutions
- Pitch digital services clearly ( Feature > Advantages > Benefits )
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service packages
- Negotiate and close deals independently
- Meet & Exceed monthly sales targets
Client Communication
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Act as the main point of contact until deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover after sale & customer satisfaction.
Reporting & CRM
- Update leads, opportunities, and deal status in CRM
- Track follow-ups and conversion metrics
- Share weekly sales reports and insights
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 1–4 years of experience in sales meeting business , Professional etc
- Strong understanding of:
- Websites
- Social media marketing
- Paid ads (basic knowledge is enough)
- Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Proven ability to close deals
Good to Have
- Experience selling to Indian SMBs
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing pricing models & retainers
